Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you encounter any issues or change your mind, we are happy to assist you with returns, exchanges, or cancellations under the following conditions:

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we can offer a refund or store credit.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as the item has not yet been shipped. Once the order is processed and shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, but you may proceed with a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be the buyer's responsibility.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please note that refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
