Absolutely! All my pieces come in a beautiful gift box, ready to be presented as a special gift.

Can I change the message on the card or the stone shown in the photos?

Of course! Please leave your personalized message and your preferred stone choice in the "Notes to Seller" section at checkout. I’ll make sure to include it with your order.

Ordering and Shipping

When will my order ship if I purchase now?

It takes 1 to 4 business days to process each order before it is shipped. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse service. Abuse will not be tolerated, and orders may be canceled if necessary.

What does "processing" mean?

Processing involves creating the jewelry, printing and cutting the personalized card, preparing the gift box, assembling the package, and taking it to the post office for shipping. Please remember, all pieces in my shop are handmade.

When will my order be shipped?

As soon as I finish processing your order, I take it to the post office and ship it. I always try to deliver it before the pickup time so that the shipping truck collects your order shortly after I drop it off.

When can I expect to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Remember to add 1 to 4 business days for me to process your order (make the jewelry, print the card, and package it).

Can you guarantee my order will arrive within the published timeframe?

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery times. Postal and courier services provide delivery estimates, but occasional delays may occur that are beyond my control. Thank you for understanding!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, I’ll provide you with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website (e.g., Canada Post, USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx). If tracking updates on Shopify seem delayed, checking directly with the carrier is the best option.

Do you accept returns? How does it work?

Yes, you can return your order if needed. Here’s how it works:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in good condition within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Once I receive the item, I’ll issue a refund minus the shipping costs and a small restocking fee.
